Psomas requests qualifications from Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) that are certified through the California Unified Certification Program (CUCP) to provide the following services for the above referenced contract located in San Bernardino County: materials testing, labor compliance, stormwater management, landscape inspection, and public outreach support. Psomas intends to provide the following services: project management, construction management and survey services. Contact Cristina at (949) 419-5099 with questions. The scope of work, as provided in the RFP, may be provided upon request. The bid deadline is December 17, 2020. Bids/proposals are required by COB, December 15, 2020, so that all bids/proposals can be fairly evaluated.

Psomas intends to conduct itself in "Good Faith" with DBE firms regarding participation on this contract. SBCTA has a 12% DBE goal for this contract.

Upon request, Psomas will assist in providing information regarding the consultant's procurement of bonds, lines of credit, equipment and/or insurance. This RFP shall not obligate Psomas to either contract with, or reimburse costs to respond hereto. Psomas is a participating employer of International Union of Operating Engineers Local 12.
