The Work includes:
A. Installation of architectural barriers along the "ground level" that includes portions of three different floors of the facility.
B. Installation of egress only doors in four of five floors in all eight stair towers. The doors will be equipped with audible alarms when the doors are open.

Subcontractor and supplier opportunities are available but not limited to the following categories of work: flagging/traffic control subcontractor; metal fabrication subcontractor; coating/painting subcontractor; electrical subcontractor; and fencing subcontractor.

Engineer's Estimate: $5,000,000

Participation Goals: MBE/WBE - 5%

We are also available to provide assistance in obtaining bonding, lines of credit and/or insurance to WMBE subcontractors. Please complete all negotiations 24-hours prior to bid opening. We also encourage the utilization of apprentices for this project.
