NBC Construction & Engineering INC. as a "GENERAL CONTRACTOR" is requesting a proposal on "ALL TRADES" from all subcontractors & suppliers, including DVBE, LBE, DBE, SBE, MBE, WBE firms.

The Project is generally described as Green Schoolyard Improvements at Argonne ES and Jean Parker ES including, but not limited to, site work, new permeable pavers, painted patterns on existing asphalt pavement, tree guards, sensory wall panels, picnic tables, tree planting, painted patterns on existing concrete pavement, vinyl graphics on walls and stair risers, shaped polycarbonate resin panels, living walls pocket, art wall, GFRC planters, wood bench, storage shed, flip table, information board, hexagonal planters, and seating and hazmat abatement.

All Bidders are hereby notified that provisions of the Labor Code of the State of California, regarding prevailing wages, shall be applicable to the work performed under this contract. Pursuant to Labor Code Section 1773 the general prevailing wage rates have been determined by the Director of the California Department of Industrial Relations and appear in the California and Federal Prevailing Wage Rates, which can be found at https://www.dir.ca.gov/OPRL/DPreWageDetermination.htm. Future effective wage rates that have been predetermined and are on file with the CA DIR are referenced but not printed in such publication.

The Bid and Contract Documents are available at the location stated above during standard working hours (8:00 AM-4:30 PM) for a non-refundable payment of One Hundred Dollars ($100) per set. Checks are to be made payable ARC NORTHERN CALIFORNIA. Bidder responsible for all shipping and handling fees. Plans are available for viewing at https://order.e-arc.com/arcEOC/PWELL_Main.asp?mem=23.
