Prevailing Wage Required / 5% Retention / See General Conditions Section 007213 Item 13 & Section 007313 Item 6 for Insurance Requirements / RFI Deadline to owner is 2/5/21 by 4PM / MEP&FS Subs MUST be Prequalified to Bid / Buy American Requirement / 2 Year Warranty / Est. Start Date 5/1/21 to 9/15/21 / See Addendum #1 for soil & hazmat reports

It is now State of CA law to provide CSLB license #'s & DIR #'s on sub lists - make sure to have them on your bid scope!
