The Project consists of: Removal of the existing and replacement with new VISITOR side bleachers with minor repairs on existing HOME bleachers. A complete modernization of both boys and girls restrooms. Also includes the removal of a track/beam that was used for an old dividing curtain. Along with miscellaneous conduit removal around the gym.

Wickman Development Construction is seeking 3% participation from DVBE Subcontractor and Suppliers for Granada High School Bleacher Replacement and Restroom Rennovations, PROJECT #F-20/21-40, Location: 400 Wall St. Livermore, CA 94551.
Wickman Development and Construction is signatory to the Carpenter's and Laborer's Unions of Northern California Master Agreement. All sub-contractors who intend to bid scopes of work to Wickman Development and Construction that fall under the Master Agreement of these unions must also be signatory to these unions or we cannot list them for that portion of work.
