NBC Construction & Engineering INC. as a "GENERAL CONTRACTOR" is requesting proposal on "ALL TRADES" from all subcontractors & suppliers, including DVBE, LBE, DBE, SBE, MBE, WBE firms for the following project:

PROJECT TITLE: EMERGENCY GENERATOR DESIGN-BUILD PROJECT

BID DATE & TIME: 2/26/2021 @ 2:00 PM
PROJECT LOCATION: 1099 E Street, Hayward
Owner: Hayward Area Recreation & Park District

SOW: This shall include, but is not limited to, management, supervision, design services, surveying, verifying field conditions, construction, labor, materials, equipment, furnishings, tools, construction equipment and machinery, utilities, transportation, inspections, testing, QA/QC, all required permits, concrete pads, structures, trenching, fuel tanks, electrical connections, testing of the installed system, concrete masonry unit enclosure (Add Alternate #1: Wood Wall Enclosure), and all other services as required complete the work.
