We are seeking quotes from certified and qualified DBE subcontractors and suppliers for the following bid items: Construction Staking; Construction Area Signs; Traffic Control System; Portable Changeable Message Sign; Job Site Management; Water Pollution Control Program; Hydroseed; Hot Mix Asphalt (Type A) Overlay; Hot Mix Asphalt (Type A) Leveler; Rumble Strip (Centerline); Place Hot Mix Asphalt Dike (Type A); Place Hot Mix Asphalt (Miscellaneous Areas); Precast Modular Block Gravity Retaining Wall; Minor Concrete (Driveway); Pavement Marker (Retroreflective-recessed); Midwest Guardrail System; Terminal End System; Paint Traffic Stripe (2-Coat); and Paint Pavement Marking

Bonds may be required from qualified subcontractors and assistance will be provided in obtaining bonds, insurance and lines of credit as necessary. Efforts will be made to assist interested subcontractors in obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or related assistance or services. All subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard subcontract agreement which includes furnishing certificates of insurance with not less than the limits listed within the terms or as required per the project specifications, whichever limits are greater. All contractors submitting a bid must have the appropriate and current license and must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations at the time of the bid opening.
