We are seeking statements of qualifications from qualified DBE civil engineers to provide minor grading and drainage plans and potentially other minor civil improvements as a result of landscape site improvements for Districts 1, 2, and 3. Qualifications will indicate similar past experience with Caltrans and/or other transportation authorities within the State of California.
