JMB Construction, Inc. is seeking certified DBE/MBE/WBE/DVBE/SBE subcontractor participation for construction of EBMUD`s San Ramon Pumping Plant Drainage Improvements.
We are seeking quotes for the following work items:
Electrical, Trucking, Coating, Pipe and fittings, and Material aggregates.

Work includes: Excavate and dewater around the perimeter of the pumping plant to install drainage improvements; install 6" perforated drain at depth around the perimeter of the pumping plant; install 4" exhaust chamber drain pipes; install two sump pumps in a new maintenance vault and associated controls; waterproof exterior walls of pumping plant; re-grout and repair cold joints in the pumping plant floor slab; demolish two existing deep sump pumps inside the pumping plant.

Estimated cost of this work is $1.8M.
