Michels Corporation is seeking MBE/SBE/WBE Certified Contractors for subcontracting opportunities for the City of St. Paul, MN "2021 Water Main Clean And Line" Project. We are soliciting quotes for the following items: Traffic Control, as well as any applicable items not listed. All quotations applicable to the construction of this project will be accepted and reviewed. All MBE/SBE/WBE Certified Contractors and Suppliers should contact, IN WRITING, Michelle Nieves via email MNieves@Michels.us with questions. All negotiations must be completed prior to 3/15/2021.
