The project consists of 3,600 feet of roadway improvements (pavement, concrete cycle track, concrete walks, planter strip, street lighting, and storm drainage), 3,800 LF of 16-inch ductile iron waterline and associated structures (CIP No. 4172), and 3,500 LF of 48-inch welded steel waterline and associated structures (WWSP Project 151427).

Subcontracting and supplier opportunities are available but not limited to the following categories of work: 91395 - asphalt paving; 91430 - concrete work; 91438 - electrical; 91244 - excavating; 91223 - grading; 98852 - landscaping; 91345 - sewer, water & storm drain work; 96884 - traffic control services; 91356 - utilities; and 91485 - welding.

Engineer's Estimate: $20,000,000

James W. Fowler Co. will assist COBID-certified subcontractors in obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, or materials. We are also available to provide assistance in obtaining bonding, lines of credit and/or insurance to COBID-certified subcontractors. Please complete all negotiations 24-hours prior to bid opening. We also encourage the utilization of apprentices for this project.
