TELACU CONSTRUCTION MANGEMENT IS SEEKING BIDS FROM DVBE CERITIFED SUBCONTRACTORS FOR THE FOLLOWING TRADES:

Abatement, Demolition, Grading/Earthwork, Concrete, Steel, Carpentry, Insulation, sheet metal, Roofing, Doors, Frames, Hardware, Windows and Glazing, Dr5ywall, Acoustical ceilings, Flooring, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical.

District Minimum Paricipation is 3% of the project contract total.

DESCRIPTION:
Project has two main areas of scope
1. Joint Use Field: Demolish existing play field, and construct a new play field
2. Makerspace: Interior improvement, convert an existing educational space to a Makerspace.

COST ESTIMATE: $7 -$8 Million Dollars
