Greenridge Apartments consists of 34 units, a community building, and a managers unit. Scope of work at this property is the replacement of all windows, selected mechanical, plumbing, and electrical upgrades, and accessibility upgrades at 4 units.

BBI is signatory to carpenters and laborers. Which requires that these scopes of work be performed by union carpenters and laborers. Davis Bacon, CA Prevailing Wage rate, Certified Payroll, and DIR registration are also required.
