Blackburn Consulting is requesting qualifications from certified DBE/DVBE firms interested in providing materials sampling and testing, batch plant inspection, and soils laboratory services related to an expected Caltrans District 10 solicitation release. Scope of work, as provided in the District's RFQ, may be provided upon request.

Upon request, Blackburn will assist in providing information regarding the consultant's procurement of bonds, lines of credit, and/or insurance. This RFQ shall not obligate Blackburn to either contract with, or reimburse costs to, respond hereto.
