Project Details

Cratus, Inc. is requesting quotes from Certified DBE Subcontractors, Suppliers & Haulers for Construction of Santa Clara Valley Water District's C0668 South County Recycled Water Pipeline Short-Term Phase 1B/2A/1C/2B. Quotes are requested from qualified contractors for scopes including but not limited to; Demolition, Traffic Control, Saw-Cutting, Jack & Bore, Microtunneling, Hazardous Material Handling, Grading, Paving, Welding, Concrete, Rebar, Painting, Fencing, Landscaping, Pipeline Abandonment/Grouting &Trucking, Other Required Work and Trades.Suppliers are required for Welded Steel & HDPE Piping, Waterworks Material & Construction Aggregate. The engineer's estimate for the project is $22M to $28M.

Work includes, Drain, clean and video inspect approximately 2,000LF of existing 30-inch to 36-inch diameter CM&L recycle water pipeline; Furnish and Install, approximately: 900LF of 36" CM&L welded steel pipeline; 9,500 LF of 30-inch CM&L welded steel pipeline; 5,000 lineal feet of 36-inch HDPE Pipeline; Bore and jack, 430 LF of 48" & 130 LF of 54" Casing: Microtunneling 330 LF of 30" welded steel pipeline:; Furnish and Install 3,200 linear feet of 24" HDPE pipeline; Connections to the existing system; Above and below-grade and vaulted pipeline appurtenances and associated lateral piping, structures, foundations, and all other appurtenances: Cathodic protection systems and associated components; Demolition of approximately 590 linear feet of 16" DIP in the City of Gilroy, California.

The Santa Clara Valley Water District has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal of 19.6% for this project.
