WML is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Project documents are available for review at our office or downloaded for free from our FTP site upon email request. WML may collaborate with certified DBE firms meeting project qualifications that seek work on this project by splitting bid items to facilitate participation. In this regard, WML works with interested bidders in identifying opportunities and breaking items down into economically feasible bidding units. WML's Estimating Team may answer questions and provide clarification regarding the scope of work, plans, specs, requirements, bid preparation or any other technical assistance you may have, though you are ultimately responsible for comprehending and fulfilling all aspects of the scope of work upon which you submit a proposal should you ultimately be awarded a subcontract. WML's Proposal Assistance is dependent upon staff availability and bidding time constraints and may not be relied upon as either legal or technical construction advice. You are required to seek your own legal counsel and technical advice on any scope of work upon which you submit a proposal.

NOTE: Contractor License Number, DIR Registration Number and DBE Certification must be included with any quote submission. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance coverage meeting project specifications (i.e., generally, at a minimum, worker's compensation, general liability and auto insurance including waiver's of subrogation for each such policy), and registration with the Dept. of Industrial Relations ("DIR"). For federally funded projects, you will generally also be required to possess a current SAM registration. Subcontractor furnished Payment and Performance Bonds may be required based upon WML's sub-bonding policies. Bidders are subject to the terms and conditions of WML's prime contract with the owner and WML's subcontract and safety documents, which are available upon request. Please note that all California public works projects are prevailing wage projects and that WML is signatory to the Carpenters, Cement Masons, Laborers, and Operating Engineers Unions.
