Seals Construction Inc is seeking DVBE proposals from ALL TRADES.
Modernization of 3 buildings on campus and Fire Alarm / Technology upgrades to ALL buildings on campus.
***Prevailing Wages shall apply***
***Pre-Qualification required for Subcontractors for work requiring C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43 or C-46 licenses***
***Skilled-and-Trained Workforce requirements per Education Code 17407.5 shall apply***
Sub Bonds may be required. Please include your bond rate / cost on your proposal as a separate item.
