The major work consists of removing and replacing approximately 136 linear feet of curb and gutter, construction 2,725 square feet of sidewalk, 4 driveways/alley approaches, and AC pavement repairs on Kern Street between S Street and T Street in the City of Newman.

We are requesting subs/suppliers for Concrete, Aggregates, Traffic Control Design, Trucking, etc. from all DBE Subs and Suppliers. Please include your DBE Certificate along with the bid and submit by 11am on 10/26/2021 to Estimating@rlf-construction.com.

We are signatory to the Operating Engineers and Laborers Unions.
