D.A. Collins Construction Co., Inc. welcomes quotes from all qualified subcontractors, services, material suppliers, and trucking firms for complete or portions of the work for all phases.
This work includes but is not limited to the removal and replacement of the existing concrete bridge deck and approach slabs for Francis Ave bridge over I-890 in Schenectady, NY.
Additional work includes concrete sidewalk and curb, asphalt milling and paving, bridge railing, bridge pedestrian fencing, electrical, guiderail, signage, and striping.

Each bidder shall take note of the following:
• Any subcontracts, agreement for services or purchase orders will be subject to the Owner's mandatory contract flow down requirements.
• Insurance Requirements: Please be sure to review the insurance requirements. Subcontractors will be required to fulfill these requirements.
• Equal Employment Opportunity: The Subcontractor shall undertake or continue existing programs of affirmative action to ensure that minority group members and women are afforded equal employment opportunities. It is the responsibility of all subcontractors to undertake good faith efforts to assist D.A. Collins Construction Co., Inc. in achieving the workforce participation goals established for this project. Goals: Minority 3.20% and Female 6.90%
