Canton MBE/WBE program

The Office of Compliance within the City of Canton maintains a program for Minority and Women-Owned Businesses (M/WBEs). The program is for the benefit of MBEs and WBEs that are located in or wish to do business in the City of Canton. Companies wishing to be registered as such, if they are minority-owned or women-owned, should contact the Office of Compliance by phone. There is no charge for application, and the certification lasts until the end of the calendar year in which the application is made. Re-certification is made on a yearly basis.

Does this certification expire? Certification lasts for one year. Certified businesses will be notified as they near their expiration date that they must renew in order to retain certification.
