The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) is hosting its second annual "Breaking Boundaries HUB Expo" for Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs). The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) and the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) are also co-hosting the event. Exhibitors at the event will include government buyers from the state, localities, municipalities, and educational institutions. The event will allow HUBs to network with these government buyers and each other, developing their skills and honing their edge in the government marketplace.
