<p>The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) is hosting a two-day conference for the benefit of firms in IDOT's DBE program on February 26th and 27th. The conference will feature skill-building workshops to assist DBEs in learning best practices for competing for government contracts, networking mixers, a vendor fair, motivational speakers, and more.
