<p>The Maryland Office of Small and Minority Business Policy (OSMBP) hosts a monthly webinar providing application assistance for businesses interested in getting certified as a minority business enterprise (MBE), disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) airport concession disadvantaged business enterprise (ACDBE), or small business enterprise (SBE). Complete beginners are encouraged to attend and learn more about evaluating whether or not to apply for the certification programs, how the certifications can aid businesses in competing for government contracts, and where to start with completing the application for certification, as well as many other tips on business development and marketing.
