<p>The Governor's Office of Small, Minority & Women Business Affairs of Maryland hosts the "T.I.P.S. Small Business Webinars Series" ("T.I.P.S." standing for "Training & Insights for Procurement Success"), a recurring series aimed at assisting small businesses in competing for government contract work. The session for March 25th will focus on using and understand the eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) procurement platform. Use of the platform is required for vendors performing work for the state of Maryland.
