Empire State Development (ESD) is hosting the 2026 New York State Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) Regional Opportunities Expo at the Javits Center in Manhattan. Representatives of numerous governmental agencies in New York State and the prime contractors that work with the State will be in attendance to share information with MWBEs about government contracting opportunities and growing their businesses. Offerings and activities available at the Expo will include live matchmaking with government representatives, a showcase on upcoming state projects, workshops on getting access to capital, and a large number of networking mixers.
