DBE/ACDBE Final Rule - Certification Procedures webinar

The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) is hosting a webinar on the recently-implemented "final rule" making numerous updates to the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) programs. This session will provide guidance on changes the final rule makes to the procedures of actually getting certified, being decertified, acquiring interstate certification, suspension procedures, and how to appeal adverse decisions to the Departmental Office of Civil Rights. The webinar will run from 1 PM to 3 PM EST.
