The New York City Department of Small Business Services' APEX Accelerator (or SBS-APEX, formerly SBS-PTAC) is hosting a four-part "Selling to Government" webinar series that will help businesses interested in selling their goods and services to government purchasers learn the ropes of how public procurement works. The third session, "Responding to Opportunity", will teach attendees how to follow the proper steps of responding to a bid opportunity, knowing what all the components of a bid package or solicitation package are, and knowing the various requirements and forms involved in solicitation responses.
