DASNY exceeds M/WBE goals

The Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY) exceeded Governor Andrew M. Cuomo's overall minority and women-owned business enterprises (M/WBEs) participation goal of 20 percent in Fiscal Year 2011-2012, according to its annual report.
DASNY's actual M/WBE utilization was 23.2 percent, which resulted in construction and commodities expenditures of $200.3 million with M/WBE companies.
