Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority sets 3 year DBE goal

This announcement is notice of Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority's (VTA) proposed DBE Overall Goal of 13 percent for Federal Transit Administration (FTA)?assisted contracts for the 3 Federal Fiscal Years (FFY) 2014?2016. The overall goal is in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation DBE Program, 49 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 26. The triennial goal is established to achieve a "level playing field" for DBEs to participate in VTA's FTA-assisted contracting opportunities.
