City of Jefferson announces 3 year DBE goal

In accordance with requirements of the U.S. Department of Transportation as set forth in 49 CFR Part 26, as amended, the City of Jefferson, Missouri hereby notifies the public that it is recommending the following Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal for the Transit Division (JEFFTRAN) City of Jefferson for applicable procurement contracts, including vehicle fuel, oil and antifreeze, during Fiscal Year 2014, beginning November 1, 2013 and ending October 31, 2014; Fiscal Year 2015, beginning November 1, 2014 and ending October 31, 2015; and Fiscal Year 2016, beginning November 1, 2015 and ending October 31, 2016. The overall total DBE goal recommended for JEFFTRAN/City of Jefferson for Fiscal Year 2014 is 2.12%, Fiscal Year 2015 is 2.12% and Fiscal Year 2016 is 2.12%.
Information pertaining to this goal and a description of how it was calculated is available for inspection during regular business hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) at the Finance Department, John G. Christy Municipal Building, 320 E. McCarty Street, Jefferson City, Missouri, for thirty days following the date of this notice.
