Request for qualifications from DBEs

Gahagan and Bryant Associates, Inc. (GBA) is requesting the submission of qualifications from Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) firms in preparation of a bidders list for an on-call contract with the Maryland Environmental Services (MES). State, and possibly Federal (EPA), DBE requirements will apply to this contract. Firms with experience in dredging engineering and dredged material management are encouraged to contact GBA. Areas of expertise needed include, but are not limited to: sediment and erosion control design, storm water management design, geotechnical investigations, topographic and hydrographic surveys, coastal engineering analysis, construction inspection, environmental investigations, GIS services, CADD services, wetland and forest stand delineations, and technical support for new Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) requirements.
