Scottsdale announces DBE goal for airport contracts

The City of Scottsdale has proposed a 5.23 percent goal for Fiscal Years 2013-15 for disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) participation on the city's airport construction contracts. The public is also invited to submit comments on the goal.
As a pre-requisite for receiving federal funding for airport construction projects, the city is required to establish a DBE program with a three-year aspirational DBE participation goals.
