Washington State hosting M/W/VBE disparity study webinar

On August 9th, Washington State will hold an informational webinar for those interested in learning more about the state's study into whether minority-, women-, and veteran- owned businesses (M/W/VBEs) face barriers when it comes to doing business with the state.

The webinar will address the reasons why the disparity study is being conducted, the process through which the research team with gather data, and provide information on how the public can provide public feedback about their experiences in public contracting.

The state has already held two in-person meetings, and the webinar is geared toward interested stakeholders that were unable to attend those sessions.
