Caltrans has announced a schedule of upcoming meetings, pursuant to the 2016 Federal Highway Administration Disparity Study, and to the consultation to establish the overall DBE participation goal for 2019 through 2021. DBEs are encouraged to attend, as Caltrans is soliciting comment on DBEs' experiences of working or bidding on public highway transportation construction and professional services contracts. Caltrans is also seeking information on the capacity, availability, needs, and general experiences of small, minority-, and woman-owned businesses.
