Salem Area Mass Transit District (SAMTD) - commonly known as Cherriots - has published its goal for participation of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) for fiscal years 2021 through 2023. The goal is 2.49 percent of FTA-funded contracts during that period (exclusive of FTA funds to be used for the purchase of transit vehicles).
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the SAMTD Administrative Offices are closed to the public and the documents pertaining to this goal are not available to review in person. Interested parties may contact SAMTD by mail or via email to request hard copies of the documents at the addresses below:
