Central Oklahoma Transportation and Parking Authority sets DBE goal

The Central Oklahoma Transportation and Parking Authority (COPTA, also doing business as EMBARK) has announced its triennial participation goal for disadvantaged business enterprises (DBEs) on projects receiving federal funding for fiscal years 2021 through 2023. That goal is 1.43 percent.

Due to the current pandemic, documents will not be available for inspection at EMBARK offices.

EMBARK and the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) will host a community meeting on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at 10 AM CST to present EMBARK's FY 21 DBE goal, to respond to questions, and receive comments pertaining to the goal. The meeting will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams at 405-537-4946 (Conference ID: 324 721 992# / https://bit.ly/3iNJrVD).
