The City of August has issued a public notice on its triennial Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goals and is seeking public comment on the goals. The goal is for fiscal years 2021 through 2023 and applies to all projects receiving funds from the Federal Transit Administration (FTA). The participation goal is 5.64 percent.
The notice on the triennial goals was issued on July 29th, 2020, and the City will be accepting comments for a period of 30 days following that date. The methodology by which the DBE participation goal was established is available for review at the office of Treza Edwards, Director, Augusta Georgia Compliance Department, 535 Telfair Street, Suite 530, Augusta, Georgia, from July 31, 2020 through August 31, 2020, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM until 4:30 PM.
