The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) has notified the public that it is recommending a mid-cycle adjustment to the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal for its Aviation Section. The adjustment would specifically cover fiscal year 2021 (October 1, 2020, through September 30, 2021). Mid-cycle adjustments are issued when transportation agencies or other applicable entities wish to revise earlier-issued DBE participation goals.
The newly-recommended DBE participation goal for fiscal year 2021 is 12.45 percent. In addition, MoDOT is requesting the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) consideration for the approval of its proposed goal for the next triennial period of fiscal years 2022 through 2024.
Written comments on MoDOT's 2021 goal will be accepted for a 30-day period starting on July 31, 2020 (the date of the original notice). The comments are for informational purposes only and may be sent to:
