The Santa Cruz Metropolitan Transit District (Santa Cruz METRO) is proposing a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal of 2.65 percent for contracts during the period of fiscal years 2021 through 2023 that are assisted by funding from the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT).
Santa Cruz METRO is soliciting public comment on the goal and methodology used to determine the goal through August 27, 2020 and will hold a Public Hearing regarding the goal at 9 AM on August 28, 2020 via Zoom. The link for the hearing will be found on Santa Cruz METRO's website at www.scmtd.com.
