City of Lodi publishes triennial DBE goals

The City of Lodi, in accordance with its legal obligations as a recipient of federal transportation funding, has published its triennial participation for disadvantaged business enterprises (DBEs) on city contracts assisted by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA). The goal has been set at 3.36 percent for the period of fiscal years 2021 through 2023.

A draft of the goal and the methodology used to set the goal can be viewed at http://lodi.gov/483/Disadvantaged-Business-Enterprise-Goal. The goal and rationale will be available for inspection until September 19, 2020. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Lodi City Hall is currently closed and there is no in-person means for inspecting the goal and rationale. However, a physical copy of the goal and rationale received by mail may be requested by contacting Julia Tyack, DBE Liaison Officer, by phone at (209)-269-4960, or by email at  jtyack@lodi.gov.
