The Rochester International Airport of Minnesota has announced its disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) participation goals for federally-assisted contracts for fiscal years 2022 through 2024. The Airport is required to do so as a recipient of federal transportation funding.
The DBE participation goal has been set at 3.08 percent, which it proposes to meet through goals on specific contracts. The proposed goal and the rationale for setting the goal are available for inspection between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, at the Rochester International Airport, 7600 Helgerson Drive SW, Rochester, MN 55902, for 30 days following the original date of publication of the goal, which was on March 11, 2023.
