Connecticut DOT announces proposed DBE goals

At the beginning of this month, the Connecticut Department of Transportation (ConnDOT) published its Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) annual goals for contracts recieving Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and Federal Transit Administration (FTA)  funding between October 1, 2015 to September 30, 2018.

The department has proposed a 13 percent DBE participation goal for all projects receivingFHWA dollars, whereas for FTA-funded jobs a 12.6 percent goal has been proposed.
