Phoenix Public Transit hosting disparity study meeting

Phoenix Public Transit is currently conducting a disparity study into the availability and utilization of DBEs in its contracting. The conclusions of the study can form part of the legal basis on which any attempts to remedy possible under-utilization of DBEs relative to their availability can rest.

As part of the study process, Phoenix Public Transit is hosting a virtual public meeting through the Webex platform on the disparity study. Attendees will be able to not only learn more about the study and its processes, but to provide feedback on their experiences in doing (or attempting to do) business with Phoenix Public Transit. The feedback they provide may be incorporated into the conclusions of the study.

The meeting will be held for two sessions on September 24, 2024, at 9 AM and then again at 1 PM (the sessions are identical and are merely provided at different times).
