NOTICE TO LANDSCAPING CONTRACTORS - Clark Public Utilities

Notice is hereby given that the Utility will receive quotations under the Utility's Small Works Roster procedure at the Utility's Purchasing Department, Ed Fischer Operations Center Building, 8600 NE 117th Avenue, Vancouver, WA 98662 (courier service or hand delivery only), or Post Office Box 8900, Vancouver, Washington 98668 (US Mail), no later than 3:00 PM, on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 for the following project:

all as more fully described and subject to the terms, conditions, and technical specifications set forth in the Quotation document online at https://www.ebidexchange.com/clarkpud and the Small Works Roster Contract on file in the Purchasing Office of the Utility, where copies of same may be obtained by prospective quoters. The Utility reserves the right to reject any and/or all quotes and to waive as an informality any immaterial irregularities in the quote, or to award a contract in the best interest of the Utility.

Quotations will be limited to contractors who are currently on the Utility’s approved Small Works Roster contractors list or those who qualify by completing an application online at https://www.ebidexchange.com/clarkpud and provide a signed Small Works Roster contract, W-9 and insurance certificate within 10 working days after receipt of notice of award with a performance and payment bond. To qualify for permanent inclusion on the roster, contractors must be capable of providing performance and payment bonds up to $300,000 per project.
