Companies attempting to publish notices inviting minority and women businesses to participate on publicly-funded contracts through the Minority Business Development Agency's (MBDA) Web site are finding that they are unable to access their accounts.
The site, mbda.gov, went down on November 9th and, since then, has slowly come back online. While visitors can now access certain parts of the Web site, the agency is still working ot restore the portal where companies can view, edit, and publish new notices.
The MBDA has not provided a timeline for when the entire site will come back online.
