MBDA business portal still down, no timetable for a fix

If a contract requires your business to publish a notice on the Minority Business Development Agency's (MBDA) business web portal, www.mbda.gov, as part of a good faith effort, you may have a difficult time doing so.

Since mid-November 2015, companies have been unable to access their accounts on the MBDA's business web portal. And, while the website announces that "full website functionality will be restored shortly," we have been told via intermediaries that the agency currently does not have a timeline for the fix. Our inquiries with the MBDA went unreturned.

We will continue to provide periodic updates on the status of the MBDA business web portal until it returns to full functionality.
