The Fairbanks North Star Borough, in accordance with regulations of the U. S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR 26, hereby announces its Fiscal Years 2016, 2017 and 2018 goal of 0.027% for disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) participation on contracts assisted by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA).
The proposed goal and its rationale are available for public review for the next 30 days, during normal business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday at The General Services Department, Borough Administrative Building 809 Pioneer Road, Fairbanks AK and on our web page at http://www.fnsb.us/gs. Written comments will be accepted by the Fairbanks North Star Borough and FTA for 45 days following publication of this notice. The Borough’s 2016-2018 goals may be adjusted by any comments received.
