Notice is hereby given that Martin City Council has submitted to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program Goal of 1.15 percent for Federal Fiscal Year 2017-2019. The City of Martin expects to meet the DBE goal for the Martin Municipal Airport by achieving 0 percent via race-neutral means and 1.15 percent via race-conscious means. This application is being filed in compliance with provisions of the regulations published in the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 49, Part 26. Documents in support of this application are available for public examination during regular business hours at the City of Martin, 101 Main Avenue, Martin, SD 57551. Comments will be accepted for a period of 30 days with the DBE Liaison Officer: Jean Kirk, DBE Liaison Officer, 101 Main Avenue, Martin, SD 57551.
