We require all subcontractors quote with Union Labor and note that there is a diversity goal of 20% MBE and 10% WBE. Additionally there is a 3% SDVOB and 10% LBE participation goal.
As a member of Liberty AirTrain Partners, Walsh-Tully JV is seeking cost proposals for the Newark Liberty International Airport ("Newark Airport") AirTrain Replacement project. The New AirTrain system will be a critical component and centerpiece of the Newark Airport modernization. The Existing AirTrain system, which opened in 1996, has outlived its useful life and does not currently provide customers with the service reliability and modern customer service amenities expected of a world-class Automated People Mover (APM) system.
This project is a Design-Build-Operate-Maintain contract with various scopes of work. We are currently soliciting cost proposals for scopes including:
