Replace a No.10 Ballasted Composite FFU timber Crossover on an elevated viaduct.
Build 101 TF of new track ballast track with composite FFU ties off crossover
Furnish and install new 84C contact rail and remove / modify existing 150lb contact rail.

Services Needed(including but not limited to)
Ballast Testing and Trucking & Disposal of about 250 CY of ballast (or~400 tons)
